Nina Sergeievna Shtetinin (later Seaford, Warwick and Murray) was born in 1913 a Russian at the Imperial Summer Palace near St Petersburg and descended from the aristocratic Shtetinin and Matoussyvitch families. She left Russia on 31 Dec. 1920 and settled in England, becoming a naturalised British subject in 1932 and later an ophthalmic surgeon.
